About this site
About AI Book Writer
AI Book Writer is a free tool run by the team that makes Feldar, a writing app for novelists. It plans a book from your idea, chapter by chapter, with no sign-up.
How it works
When you press Plan my book, your idea goes to a small program on Cloudflare's network. A safety model (Meta's Llama Guard 3) checks the request, then an open language model writes the plan and streams it back to you. Most plans are written by Moonshot AI's Kimi K2.6; when the tool is busy, Google's Gemma 4 takes over.
What we keep
We do not keep your idea or your plan. We keep a one-day count of requests per network address, stored as a one-way code, so one person cannot use up the free plans for everyone.
Comparisons
We list our own app, Feldar, first on our comparison page. Facts about other tools come from their official pages, checked on the dates shown.
